Debra Ann Godfrey

Ms. Debra Ann Godfrey, age 58 of Kingston, passed away on Thursday November 16th, 2023, at her residence.

Ms. Godfrey was born in Floyd County on November 20th, 1964. She is preceded in death by her mentor, trainer, and idol- her father, Earl Glenn (Bud) Godfrey. Debra was full of life and there was nothing she couldn’t do. She loved her flowers, mowing the grass, working in her garden, and especially rebuilding and painting classic cars. The Lord has gained one spirited and motivated person. Rest in peace our friend.

Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Eleanore Banghart Godfrey; her brother, Glenn Godfrey; one daughter, Stephanie Wallace (Dustin); two grandchildren which she loved very much, Brentley and Nadia; special friend and companion, Mark Jolly; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday November 30th, 2023, at 6 PM in the chapel of Reynolds Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends on Thursday November 30th from 4 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home.
