Florence Lois Greeson

Mrs. Florence “Lois” Greeson, age 77 of Chatsworth, Ga., passed away on Sunday, July 14th, 2024, at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. 

Mrs. Greeson was born in Clay County, North Carolina on October 4th, 1946. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Dale Goforth; one granddaughter, Stephanie Goforth; brother, Harry Burns; five sisters, Harriett Davis, Louise Goforth, Martha Goforth, Gladys Burns, and Pearl Burns. Mrs. Greeson was retired from Shaw Industries. 

Survivors include her husband, Mr. Clifford “JR” Greeson; one son, Edwin Goforth; three daughters, Sissy Beggs and her husband Cecil, Cathy Vick, and Tracie Myers; one sister, Mary Williamson; six grandchildren, Lucas Goforth, Jennifer Stinson (Nathan), Tiffany Worley, Timothy Worley, Pam Holt, and Mitchell Goforth. 

In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Greeson was cremated, and no formal services are planned at this time.
