Michael Eugene Garrett

Mr. Michael Eugene Garrett, age 57 of Lindale, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at his residence.

Mr. Garrett was born in Rome, Georgia on July 30th, 1966. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Eugene Garrett and infant son, Bo Dallas Garrett. Mr. Garrett was a carpenter by trade and was self employed.

Survivors include his wife, Candace Fowler; three sons, Chase Garrett, Mikey Lee Garrett, and Justin Potts; three daughters, Amy Wasson, Hannah Garrett, and Mary Potts; his mother, Sarah Childers Garrett; three brothers, Ricky Garrett, Byron Garrett, and Chris Garrett; eight grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Floyd Memory Gardens Cemetery on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 1:00 PM. Gentlemen serving as pallbearers include, Ricky Garrett, Chase Garrett, Byron Garrett, Chris Garrett, and Ricky Garrett Jr. 

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Reynolds Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.

Mr. Garrett will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
