Michael Allen Giles

Mr. Michael Allen Giles, age 72, of Rome, GA., passed away on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, at a local nursing facility.

Mr. Giles was born in Chicago, Illinois, on October 16, 1952, to the late Jack Giles and the late Florence Giles. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his spouse, Bridjet Giles; one sister, Nancy Giles Doss; one brother, Jackie Giles. Mr. Giles was known as a jack of all trades and could do almost anything he set his mind to. As a youngster, he loved the challenge of gymnastics. When he became a young man, his interests moved to singing and dancing. He would later be known as having ALL the moves on the dance floor and if there was karaoke anywhere around, then count him in! He was a fun loving man who could tell the best jokes and was a comedian that kept his family laughing. Of all the things he enjoyed throughout his life, being a father was his favorite and his kids were his main priority. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him and his outgoing personality will forever be etched in their hearts.

Survivors include one daughter, Leann Giles; one son, Derick (Tonya) Giles; three grandchildren, Kierstyn Giles, Carson Giles, and Jordan Giles; one brother, Steve Giles; one sister, Debra Roberts.

Mr. Giles was cremated, and there are no further services at this time.
